The front features Army seal and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Branch Plaque, which is a triple-turreted castle, symbolic of the Corps' construction and fortification mission. The back has “ESSAYONS” the motto of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers along with imagery of some of the equipment they use. This 1.75” coin is minted in solid brass and antiqued to bring out the 3D features in the coin. This coin is a must have coin for any U.S. Army Corps of Engineers member.
