1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A valid order number is required

Sale items, personalized items, and final-sale items are not returnable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll replace or refund the item immediately — no hassle.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Funds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
