Step 1:
Hang your Harry Potter hanging candles where you want them. Remove the "flame" from the top of the candle, thread the line through it, and then put the "flame" back on. Use the fishing line and hooks to make sure the candles are secure. You can also place the candles on a table or in a candle holder.
