Is the golf ball good for multiple uses?
SHOCK'D Golf Balls are designed as a single use novelty ball.
How many balls come in a sleeve?
Each sleeve contains 3 SHOCK'D Golf Balls.
Is there a specific way to hit the ball?
Tee up the ball with the red or white button facing towards you and make solid contact with the raised button (that’s all there is to it!)
Is there a specific club I should use?
Use metal drivers or long "metal woods" only. Not for use with carbon fiber drivers.
Where is the best place to hit this ball?
The SHOCK'D Golf Ball requires wide open outdoor space, and is designed for recreational use only. When hit, the ball travels as any golf ball will. This golf ball is not recommended for driving ranges.
Does it damage your driver?
In our 20 years of experience we have not seen any structural damage done to a driver. There can be residue left by the ball, however, it can be wiped off.
Newer technologies, using exotic materials like carbon fiber and graphite mixes, are far more fragile, and more sensitive to any element outside of contact with a normal golf ball. This is why we recommend that the SHOCK'D Golf Ball be hit with an all-metal driver only and explicitly state, “not responsible for damage to golf clubs”.
How do they compare to regular balls?
SHOCK’D Golf Balls weigh the same as a normal ball and they fly as normal!
Can you take them on an airplane?
Yes, you can however they must be put in your checked luggage.
